&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you use a modem and router combo?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you have a new modem?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have there been any recent changes to your network or the Nest WiFi Pro? If so, did your device recently update?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What color is the light on your Nest WiFi Pro? Does it continuously switch from orange to teal (or white)?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, try the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check your modem's internet connection:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Connect a computer or laptop directly to your modem and see if you can access the internet.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reboot your modem and WiFi device:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If there's no internet connection, restart your modem and Nest WiFi Pro, then try a different Ethernet cable. You can find more details in this article: &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3A1NP09" target="_blank"&gt;Restart Nest Wifi or Google Wifi devices.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove the modem's backup battery:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If your modem has a backup battery, remove it during the power cycle.&lt;/LI&gt;
