    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Nest Router has lost internet connection. It may be coincidental but this happened after installing Sky Q.&amp;nbsp; I've changed modem but I still get the same message in the Home App saying that the modem is not providing an internet connection to the Nest Router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Think it is either that the wired port of the router has stopped working (have tried different ethernet cables) or there is a conflict between the Sky Q box and the Nest router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried switching off all wireless connetivity in the Sky Q box settings but the problem persists. Only thing I haven't tried is connecting the Sky Q box wirelessly to the modem...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've given up on the Nest Router. I did factory resets on the router and the modem - didn't work. Still the router will not connect. It's just junk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
