    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my Google nest point stopped being connected to the mesh recently. I factory reset it and when I’m trying to add it back, the home app says that it can see the device, but when I enter the 8 digit code on the bottom of the point (I don’t have the QR code anymore) the light goes from white to solid blue and the home app says it can’t set it up. Help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;Did you receive any messages on the Home app?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the Ethernet cable connected properly and securely?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the power cable connected securely on both ends?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you attempted to do a factory data reset through the Home app, or did you manually press the reset button on the WiFi device?&lt;/LI&gt;
