Google nest points with out QR codes

Hi,

I have lost the QR codes on my nest wifi points and am unable to connect them to the router - I have had to reset them to factory settings after a move around - How can I connect them with out any QR code?

Setting up Google Nest points without QR codes is still possible through the Google Home app. Simply open the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device, and follow the on-screen instructions to manually enter the serial number or use Bluetooth to detect the Nest points. This ensures a smooth setup even without QR codes.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you lost the QR code for your Google routers. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

How to find setup information

If the Google Nest Wifi Pro, Nest Wifi, or Google Wifi device doesn’t have its QR code or setup information at the bottom, you can still identify the correct setup credentials.

Connect to the primary or point device via Ethernet.
Open a browser on a computer and go to http://192.168.84.1/api/v1/status.
On the status page, find setupNetwork.
- From that page, you can locate the setup credentials for their network:
  - PSK: The password to connect to the setup network
  - SSID: The setup network name that broadcasts from the point
  - Then continue with the setup on the Google Home app, and then tap Continue without scanning and enter the setup key found on the report.
