Nest WiFi chicken-bone-in-the-throat slow

Recently switched out a DLink router to a Nest model H2D router and an H2E Wifi point. Using a cable modem and 100Mbps service from Xfinity. The router is connected to the modem via CAT-5 and the H2E Wifi point is on the same floor as the router one room (about 20') away with no doors.

Google Home reports Testing Mesh result of 'great'.

Devices connected to the unmanaged 10/100 switch that is connected via CAT-5 to the router report Speedtest.net results of 130 Mbps. I have an Onn Pro 4K, a Windows 11 pc, and an Onkyo TX-NR686 hardwired to the unmanaged switch.

However...

Wifi Speedtest.net results are miserable.

- A Windows 11 PC within 4' of the H2E has a download speed of 4.8 Mbps but an upload speed of 17.9 Mbps.

- A Onn Google TV directly above he H2E point has a speed test result with download of 4.5 Mpbs and upload speed of 7.8 Mbps.

- My Pixel 7 has Speedtest.net results of 10.3 Mbps download and 5.64 Mbps upload.

Any ideas on how to get a signal that will even support 4K tv?

To better understand your situation, please provide the following information:

Did you start experiencing this issue immediately after setting up your Nest Wifi Router?
Does your Xfinity modem function as both a modem and router combo, or only as a modem?
Are you experiencing this slow internet issue only on the devices you previously mentioned?
Do you have only the Nest Wifi Router, or do you also have additional points for a mesh network?
Are the speed test results you're getting the same when you run a speed test on a device connected directly to your Xfinity modem?
Have you checked for Wi-Fi, electromagnetic, and frequency interference?
