Google Drive app on MacOS can't connect when using Nest

This is a weird one. My Google Drive desktop app (on MacOS Sequoia 15.2) won't sync files (it just shows the spinner and "Downloading 0%" on files it's trying to sync.) But if I tether my mac to my phone using a personal hotspot, it works fine. So there's something about my router settings that seems to be blocking only Google Drive, but I can't figure out what!

I'm using this Nest router: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZPDN8T1

I've tried different DNS Settings in the Google Home app (Automatic, ISP, and Custom using OpenDNS). I've compared the network settings in my Mac between hotspot and wifi and don't see anything different. I've contacted both Google Drive and Google Nest support and both point me to the other group, saying their service isn't the problem.

Any ideas what else to try next??

Well, I think I may have figured it out. Documenting here for anyone who has the same problem and stumbles on this post. I turned on IPv6 in the Google Home app (Wifi --> Network Settings --> Advanced Networking --> IPv6) and that seems to have fixed it!
