Been trying to figure for days how to reconnect my Google WiFi router nothing is working?!!

When did the issue start?
What color is the light on the router?
Did you recently change your Internet Service Provider?

Yes I did all these steps my provider has not changed it’s been a month with these issues now. I called customer service and I ran through all the steps and was told the supervisor would call me back and I never got the call.
