Hi I have an outdated firmware and can t we updated even though I have restarted the network and have also reset factory values, how may I update firmware??

There is no feature or setting to manually update Nest Wifi firmware unfortunately.

To confirm, you have Nest Wifi Pro?
What firmware version are you using currently?

software version: 3.76.479819

the problem I have an nobody can help, is that I keep having network issue, however my internet connection has no interruptions reported and the internet signal to my router is perfect. the problem is in the MESH network. my home is not so big and with 3 mesh towers should work perfectly, however my day to day life with nest wfi pro is a nightmare, and can't find proper assistance from google !!!

3.76.479819 is the latest firmware for Nest Wifi Pro.

What kinds of issues are you experiencing?

Have you always had these issues since setting up your network or has your network been working fine for a while and you're recently experiencing these issues?

How many Wifi devices do you have and how / where are they positioned?
