Mesh router wont connect (isp dodo)

Hi,

trying to connect a mesh router. Have tried connecting directly to nbn wall box and also through dodo hub. Neither work.. have tried every PPPoE combo known to man and contacted dodo who gave me my router login details. Have tried this but no luck. Says connection issue.

Any ideas? Next plan is to buy a new modem and connect through that.
