&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the late reply here, but I wanted to check in and make sure we addressed your question. You can easily relocate your WiFi points without having to go through setup again. Even through powering down and moving the points, they'll retain all of their settings without any problems. If you have any other questions or need anything else, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Relocate Nest Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Nest Router in a room with a brick wall blocking transmission. I want to relocate the router to a connection on the other side of that wall. There is a CAT 6 connection to the modem at the new location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I simply move the router to the new location or is there some setup or reset procedure required?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
