Can I use Spotify free (I don't have a premium subscription) on Google Nest Hub 2?

Absolutely. If you don't have a Spotify Premium account, you'll get a station of songs inspired by the song, album, artist or personal playlists you asked for when asking your device to play music. You can't get specific songs, albums, artists or personal playlists on demand, but you can ask for music based on genre, mood or activity, or for Spotify-curated playlists. Check out the help article linked below that explains what options you will have using a free account. Scroll down to the "Advanced voice commands for free and subscription services" section and expand the "Spotify (Free and Premium)" section.
