Ever since nest “migrated “ with google all I’ve had is problems. Offline several times a day…and still paying full price for something that is worthless!! Very upset that we have cameras we cannot utilize because they are offline most the time!!!

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Have you made any attempts to Restart or Factory Reset your Cam? I would start there, as lot of minor issues like connectivity can be solved via those methods. Also, please make sure that your wifi is close enough to your cameras.
