Devices offline?

So I just setup a google wifi mesh system, and all seems to work well…

my question is about the devices connected…

I have a few phones and devices that are online and using the network, but under devices, it just says they are offline……

is this normal?….. hard to turn off wifi to a kids phone if it already says offline

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your devices showing offline in the Google Home app. I'd love to know more about this, and I have a few questions:

Are you using a modem-router combo
What's the app version of your Google Home app?
