I'd like to completely reboot - remove the name and password and start the set-up all over again. I messed up the initial set-up and now the app doesn't recognize my wifi/devise

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Google WiFi devices. I'd love to know more about what's happening. Please let us know the following:

What's the light status of the parent Google WiFi point?
Is there a Google WiFi point showing up on the Google Home app?

You could check this link to learn more about resetting your Google WiFi devices back to factory defaults.
