It has new Energizer Lithium Batteries, and the blue light and voice do not happen when trying to reset.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response. I have already tried multiple sets of batteries, and they are inserted properly. I have 8 other Protects that work just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned in my original comment, the manual reset doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
