Could you tell me what kind of batteries you are actually using on your Nest Protect?
Have you tried to perform a Reset Nest Protect and erase all settings?
Have you the possibility to share with me the software version for your device? To listen to the software version, you need to press the center button and hold until the protector tells you the software version.
