I tried factory resetting, and reinstalling the Nest app... Honestly I got new wifi a month ago, completely forgot about the Nest and realized when I got my monthly email update about my Nest

I got a new wifi at home... No matter what I do my nest won't connect to it. I have reset the protect, I reinstalled the nest app, I tried hitting the WPS button on the wifi... I followed all and any instructions I have found online and nothing is working.

Theoretically you could set your new wifi router to have the same network SSID and password as your old one, which should allow your devices to simply reconnect to it. Saying this, if the new router is using a very different password standard then you may need to factory reset your protects and install from scratch

Reinstalling the nest app won't do anything sadly.. have you followed the steps here

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223575?hl=en
