      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply, 2fa us something that never crossed our/his mind when phone gave up, sim has I believe been taken out, unsure if used again. I'll ask him to contact the specialist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
