&lt;P&gt;Talking about the other Nest Protect going online and offline, have you tried to do a factory reset and re-add the device? If not, you will find the instructions in the following article:&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9226486?hl=en#zippy=" target="_blank"&gt; Reset Nest Protect and erase all settings.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to connect multiple Nest Protects</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got three nest protects but can't seem to connect them together. The one Nest Protect i have also constantly appears as offline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Virgin broadband &amp;amp; am on a 2.4 GHz network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
