Nest Yale lock not working

My Nest Yale lock is says it jammed but it moves freely when I use the manual knob. I can hear it trying to open or close the deadbolt but it does not move and says it’s jammed. What is causing this problem as it is not jammed and or obstructed and clearly moves freely with manual knob.
