The app is the best way... The report just shows if there was a low battery issue during the reporting period.

I received my monthly Nest Home Report today and it shows that the Nest Protect in my living room has a low battery and needs to be replaced. These were replaced (with the correct Energizers) several weeks ago along with two other Protects at the same time.

The report also shows that Connectivity is good but there is an Unknown Sensor Status on this unit and says to check my Nest app. When I check my Nest app on my Pixel for this unit it says Everything is OK including the sensors and the batteries.

If I go to Nest via my Chrome web browser I get the same information as my Android app.

Which do I believe, and why is there a discrepancy between the two?
