    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a Nest Protect under warranty. Contacted support several weeks ago as it was malfunctioning. They reset and said if it did not work I would get replacement. Hoping I could do that online, however when I get to "Contact Us" it says "something went wrong." Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
