&lt;LI&gt;Do you have any Google Nest devices?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When did the issue start?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you have third-party devices?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know the answer to these questions.&lt;/P&gt;
