I understand how difficult it is to have 15 devices across a large home suddenly stop communicating. I appreciate you confirming that you already tried troubleshooting your Nest Protect. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you try to add the devices back to the Nest app, are you seeing a specific error code?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you tried performing a factory reset on one of the units before attempting to pair it with the new Wi-Fi?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your new router broadcasting a combined 2.4GHz and 5GHz network name (SSID), or are the bands separated? (Nest Protect requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you using any Wi-Fi mesh nodes or extenders with your new ISP's equipment?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Derrick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got them working after a huge pain in my neck and shoulders! I did have to reset all of them to factory setting. Then remove them all from my Home in the app. Then I had to unscrew all of them to get the QR code to add them again to the app. And yes, I had to create a separate 2.4Hz channel in the internet to add them. Finally they are all working. But as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/875961"&gt;@Jason2706&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned it was very painful! Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
