      <title>Sensors have failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of our 2nd Gen Nest Protect Alarm says "sensors have failed. Please replace nest protect." We just bought it in July 2019 here in the UK on amazon. Within 2 years and 2 months, this expensive product has stopped working. I have followed all cleaning, and reset instructions mentioned &lt;A href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Protect/Nest-Protect-sensors-failed/m-p/22846#M721" target="_self"&gt;at this link&lt;/A&gt; but still get the same error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we get a replacement for this failed unit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
