However, only 3 out my 6 wired Protects reconnected. Half are operating normally, but the other half remain offline and nothing I've tried to reconnect them has worked. I updated the app, verified my wifi login, restarted the router, and finally removed the Protects from my account and restored them to factory settings.</P><P>Location doesn't seem to be an issue. For example, the Protects in 2 bedrooms work fine, but the bedroom in between them does not work.&nbsp; I have wifi extenders on all floors and all seem to be operating normally.</P><P>Everything was working fine for months until the internet outage. Any ideas of what could be happening? I'm going crazy.
