Hi, is there any limit to the number of Nest Protects that can be connected to each other? and if there is how many?

You can have a maximum of 18 Nest Protects per "home" in the Nest app.

You 100% sure on 18? Some literature on the net says 10.

I am on the fence about buying as I need a total of 15 to cover the buildings on my property.

According to Google's help article the maximum for Nest Protect is 18. Refer to the "The number of products that you can have in the Nest app" section of the article below.

You would think that would be prominently displayed somewhere on the tech specs section or at least on the store page/box.

Have asked multiple local retailers no one could answer.
