I have brought another goggle nest mini and want to add it to my account and different room. I have put it near my bedroom t.v, will that be a problem when it is on with the noise? I have not had any email to say that I am connected and welcome? Please help?? Sandra Edwards.

Thanks for reaching out. No worries, I would be more than happy to help answer your questions. Let's get this issue resolved and have all of your devices connected. I would be more than happy to help.

Having your device next to a TV should not be an issue. If you are worried about the device responding to commands, you can always adjust your "Hey Google" sensitivity for that device.
Is your new device showing up as connected in the Google Home App? Have you finished all of the set up steps?
Is your new device on the same WiFi network as your other devices?

In the meantime, here is a friendly reminder on how to add a new device:

Plug in your speaker or display.
- If the device has been used before, factory reset your speaker or display before you continue.
On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app .
Tap the Add icon Set up device New device follow the in-app steps.
1. If the Set up devices button is not on the screen:
  1. To set up your first device in the Home app, tap Get started Set up new devices Create another home Next enter a home nickname and address.
  Note: You’ll need to enter a nickname, but you can choose not to enter your address.
  1. To set up all other devices, at the top left, tap the Add icon Set up device New device.
  2. Follow the remaining steps.
