Problem with Google Nest Hub an EZVIZ Camera

Dear community, I have the following problem.

I bought the EZVIZ TY1 camera, which should also work with Google Assistant.
I configured it in my own app and also deactivated the image encryption.

Then everything was recognized in the Google Home App EZVIS.

However, when I say: Google shows camera then he opens Google Home Camera, which is also good, but he doesn't show a picture and then closes it again and goes back to the home screen:-( I also took pictures of .

I'm desperate for days I've been trying and it doesn't work on two different Chromecasts.

What could be the problem :-(

Hello i have also that problem. My camera worked so for one year and about a week ago it stoped to work on my google home.
Maybe a problem with google or ezviz
I hop e they will fix it soon.

I have doorbell ezviz. Weird but it's working again since a few hours. It has not worked for several days but since a few hours ago it started working again. My ezviz lamp has also not worked for 3 days with my google home. But now it's back to normal without doing anything about it.
