I've tried to silence it remotely but it says I'm not close enough (I'm out of town) and it's alarming every 5-15 minutes. No alarms for smoke, just clearing, and I can see on the camera there is no smoke. How can I stop it from announcing smoke is clearing and does it need replaced?
