Oh my do google make it impassible to return a faulty protect. How on earth are you ment to get a a from them? I have spent 45 mins going in circles with their websites trying to find a for to fill out or an email.

I have the same problem and their warranty website doesn't work, doesn't allow me to upload the invoice and submit. Their website does nothing. So frustrating.
