Pathlight doesn’t come on

I have tried everything to get my path light to turn on on my wired nest detector. It’s dark, it’s wired, I selected “always on” but it won’t come on.

Hey Mikem78,

I'm sorry for the delay and trouble. Could you follow the steps below and let us know how it goes?

Test Pathlight and Nightly Promise in a darkened room or closet.
Power cycle the affected Nest Protect (press and hold until start-up chime).
Test another unit in the same location and vice versa.
If the issue is isolated to a particular unit, erase all settings, re-add the device to the Nest Account to enable Pathlight, and test again.
