No notifications

Hello,

I might be dumb. But I have tried to get fire notifications to my phone. Ive read post and documentation. I am allowing notification for the app on my Android device and I enabled notifications on my Home app and Nest app.

I triggered an alarm and no notification! What am I doing wrong?

Hi Eidland,

I'm sorry for the late reply. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Nest Protects are designed for smoke and CO alarms, and you should also run a safety checkup at least once a month to check that your Nest Protects are working properly. Also, I did find a helpful article about the alerts and sounds.
