CO Sensor Failure, but 'Checkup' shows functional Sensor

I received a CO Sensor Failure notification a few days ago. The units beeps one time, once a day, and I get an app notification.

When I run the Checkup to test, sensors report back functional (and green).

Is my sensor functional or not?

*note, I did vacuum yesterday and still same notification.
