I was able to set up my nest but I get an error when I try to migrate my nest account to my google home account. It says “an unexpected error has occurred”. I’ve tried multiple times with nothing working

I’m getting the same error. Y’all should have just kept Nest as is and left out the migration. Now the best app is trash because of lack of updates.

Any help on this? I can’t add anyone to my Nest Protect account until this gets fixed

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. To confirm, are you using your personal Gmail account? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Could you migrating your account using a web browser? Also, I'd suggest using a Chrome browser to migrate. Let us know how it goes.
