Nest Protect Power is Out Notification

I have 2 nest protect smoke alarms. Both wired and both connected to power. I have tested the adapter and it is getting power. But both alarms show power is out.

If the Nest app reports a different power status than the Nest Protect itself, it's usually because of a delay in updating its status. The Nest app may show that your wired Nest Protect's power is out for up to 24 hours after a brief power outage or fluctuations on the lines.

Follow the steps from this guide when Nest Protect’s green power light is on, but the app says the power is out.
