I found a others with the same problem and no place to file a complaint. So I do it, like alle others. My Case ID is 8-3715000035588.

I just wasted nearly an hour in the chat support answering the same questions over and over and over again. And I told everything already from the start on. The result after this time: Sorry we can't do anything, warranty is over.

This is very frustrating and I feel like I got pranked. If you tell me after a few minutes, that the warranty is over and I should dump the device, that's kinda OK. But jumping though all this hoops to get the same answer ... Come on, that has to be a joke.

About my problem: I've got four Nest Protect smoke detector and ONE ouf of this four devices get low energy battery warning even with brand new Energizer L91 or any other battery I tried. The same batteries do work fine in the other three devices. I bought them in spinrg 2019 so after 4 years one out of four device broke. Not good, but hey, that happens. But please don't treat your customer like that.

It's a modell Topaz-2.7 sith software 3.5rc3
