    <description>&lt;P&gt;My App always have difficulty communicating with nest. Here is the situation,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I have 3 Nest Sensors which shows offline after resetting and connecting to Wi-Fi again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- When you press button, Blue Light is on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- System is unreliable as no history is preserved after it goes offline in App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help if this is the problem with this Productline or some change is required in settings?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When the device is reset is it successful to connecting to the internet? I know there an issue with a setting in some routers where AP isolation is enabled which prevents google nest devices or any other smart home devices from communicating with each other due to that setting and could be the reason why the nest protect is showing as offline&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What type of Nest Protect do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does it show offline in the Nest or Google Home app or indicated on the Nest device?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are other non-Nest devices in the home offline?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can the device find or detect other networks?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the Wi-Fi router or access point within a reasonable range&amp;nbsp;(1 to 15 meters) of between three&amp;nbsp;to fifty&amp;nbsp;feet from the Nest devices?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
