I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Please take a moment and look over this article and learn how to remove someones access to your home. I cannot help you delete an account. Only you have the access to locate whichever Google account you have with a Camera or device, and delete it yourself.
