Remove back panel to reset. Deadbolt won’t turn all the way around to open or close. ?

Sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out.

A few questions — is the deadbolt unable to turn while the door is open? Are you able to unlock using the thumb turn? Are there any dust or dirt inside that may prevent it from moving?
