&lt;P&gt;I assume you are having the same issue then? Has your issue been resolved at all? Have you tried to Factory Reset the device?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Best Yale Lock- no connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Connect device has not been connecting to my lock since March 2. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options from Nest. Initially light pulsed blue, then went to yellow, never green. It now will pulse blue, but then goes off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping to get resolved soon, as other family members cannot use their passcodes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This appears to be a regular thing.&amp;nbsp; Nest Connect is absolutely horrible.&amp;nbsp; The problem is even the August connect is really bad.&amp;nbsp; Can't wi , we just are not quite ready for internet connected locks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
