Serial number on device and box are 11 numbers app only allows 10 number entry. Put in the first 10 numbers and it just loads and loads never changing on the screen or giving any notifications.&nbsp; Tried to add the lock Manually by choosing listed locks and there are no Nest X yale locks on list. Anyone know what I can do? How can I add my lock to the app?
