Yale lock won't unlock

My lock moves freely when using it manually, but when I try to lock with app or keypad the motor does not move the lock. Had to recently factory reset my lock because it wouldn't connect.

I was actually able to resolve this by restoring to default and reinstalling. Important to let the lock calibrate at the start.
