Nest connect Ports???

My “nest connect” shows connected to my ASUS router (according to my router interface) but the nest app is showing it as offline and I can’t control my lock.
I did a firmware upgrade in my WIFI6 router a few weeks ago and I think it’s blocking the ports.
Can anyone tell me what port it uses?

Support / chat is completely useless.
