Professional Monitoring Options

Now that Brinks is no longer offering professional monitoring is there an option to purchase professional monitoring for the Nest Secure system from anywhere else? I never signed up for the monitoring previously but am now in need but it does not appear I have any options available. I enjoy the system and do not want to switch if I do not have to.

According to the help centre, no unfortunately. New subscriptions are not being accepted. Subscriptions are being maintained for current subscribers in the U.S.

Why is there no longer a professional monitoring option? We invested in the full Nest secure package (over $1,000) a little over two years ago, had monitoring through Brinks. Now our system is no longer connecting, and after HOURS spent on the phone with Google Nest and Brinks where no one could figure out the problem, we finally found out that there is no more professional monitoring being offered. In the past month I also bought a Nest doorbell and additional outdoor camera. I would never have done this if I had known I'll need to be investing in yet another security system now.

This is ridiculous. Are there plans for a professional monitoring system to be added again?

Yes I still need assistance. I have found multiple links still pointing to the Brinks professional monitoring including the option in my Nest app but when you follow the links it is no longer available for purchase. Is there any other options to get professional monitoring with a Nest system now that Brinks is no longer accepting new customers?

Thank you I was aware of the FAQ. My question is there any other options besides Brinks. Also why are there still links sending you to Brinks for monitoring, including in my Nest app, if the option is no longer available.

Brink no longer offers the option to monitor our cams. I apologize for this inconvenience. As of this moment, I do not know of any further plans to go with another company, but we'll see what Google has to say.
