Neat Yale Lock won’t Connect

I just moved into a house that has nest connect and nest Yale locks. I can connect the nest connect but the nest take lock will not connect. I changed the batteries on the lock. And I need help. I noticed many comments here have no responses.

Hi Brad,

I can connect the nest connect but the nest take lock will not connect. During the process I have to press the physical button until I see the "blue light'' which means the lock is ready to be paired. My issue is that never happens even if I press the button during 15 or 20 seconds.

I don't know if I am clear.

I have exactly the same problem, for the life of me I just cant connect the Yale Lock.

I am also having the same issue with the Yale lock. We recently had a Wifi Router replaced and we've connected the Nest thermostats and Nest Connect, but the Yale Lock will not connect to Nest Connect. We've done every step outlined in the article, but the Yale Lock still won't connect.
