My door has a very un-standard latch bolt. 3 3/4”. I have not been able to find a Yale latch bolt with those measurement. Is it possible for me to use the existing one with the rest of the Nest Lock?

I am afraid that wouldn't be advised. The lock has to work with itself and not with a standard, or current lock. I apologize for the inconvenience!
