I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

Hi there sorry for the delay I actually got confirmation that the adt lock is not linked and only on their app

Well if it is not the Nest x Yale lock, I do not know if/how to install it in the Google Home app. You can just try to add the device in.

Yes you are correct. there was some disconnect. Thanks for following up. it is not either of the 2 you mentioned. It is an ADT brand and i was able to get them to confirm. the google product is very new to them.

Hi Brad, it states Kwikset SmartCode Z-Wave Deadblot lock, i have the now google nest hug and google doorbell included.
