TO26 error when trying to connect Yale lock

Keep getting a TO26 error when trying to connect my yale lock to nest. I’ve run through the trouble shoot guide and it mentions the error but doesn’t say what it is. Also what is the correct way to keep the lock awake during connection? The app says push and hold the white button but this just turns privacy mode on and off. I posted this before but I can't reply to that thread for some reason
