Hey Dale93,

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your speaker. I wanted to reach out, and see if I could be of any help.

Please try theses steps below that may help us fix the issue:

At the side of the Google Home speaker, unplug the power cord and wait for 10 seconds. Then plug it back in and wait until the 4 LED lights up on top.
Repeat the first step, 10 more times.
After you plug the power cord back in the final time, wait for the device to reset. The device announces "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that its ready for setup.
